Ahu brings six years of multifamily acquisitions experience focused on Chicago's luxury high-rise market. His background spans the full acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and underwriting through contract negotiation and close, across some of the most competitive submarkets in the city. At Seneca Capital, Ahu leads deal sourcing, financial underwriting, and investment strategy, applying the institutional discipline he developed in Chicago's downtown core to emerging Midwest markets.
Avi is the founder and operator of his own construction firm, with hands-on experience delivering projects across both Chicago's luxury downtown high-rise market and suburban development. His expertise spans the full construction and capital expenditure spectrum, from ground-up new development to complex renovation and value-add repositioning. As a founding partner of Seneca Capital, Avi leads all construction activity, bringing owner-aligned cost control and execution capability that most development firms cannot match.
Ben has built his career in real estate operations and property management across luxury residential assets throughout the Chicago area. His experience encompasses all phases of asset operations, from lease-up and tenant relations through long-term stabilization and performance optimization. At Seneca Capital, Ben leads all operational activity, ensuring that every asset we develop or acquire is managed with the same standard of care that Chicago's most demanding owners expect.
